The Brilliant one

His thirsty mind drinks down more brilliance
as the spell checker pardons his mistakes.
He lives in his own world of numbers and light
seeing well beyond what all others can see.

Etching his thoughts within window panes,
its plain to see he doesn't want to talk with you.
Leave him alone, and he might go mad all together.
Instead, reach out and pull him in from his own mind.

How beautiful this man is, but how would you know?
You are just an ordinary follower of shameful puppets.
Only those of spiritual intellect can see into his heart.
And he clearly wears his heart outward for those who can see.

This is an interesting enigma, It first made me think of a writer or maybe a mathematician or someone like Steven Hawkins but then the last stanza made me think a spiritual leader or maybe Jesus? Defiantly one to ponder over!
Am I even close?

Very close.....he was a mathematician. But he became ill with a mental illness.
Thank you so much for stopping by and leaving a comment!

Really? Numbers are brilliant? Something about women has always proved more brilliant than anything else for me, especially the truly powerful like yourself.

Well, thank you, Dubie. Me powerful? I don't know about that. I just like words.
